Elizabeth Caton Food and Wine is a wedding catering and event catering company run by two sisters, one of whom graduated from the Prue Leith cookery school with student of the year. After extensive experience working in different establishments, from Michelin starred restaurants, to renowned cookery schools, Elizabeth and Charlotte returned to their home town of Brighton to start their own catering company.
We use only free range meat and eggs, have fabulous vegetarian options, and source our ingredients as locally as possible. Flavour is always our top priority, and our dishes look as beautiful as they taste.
As wedding caterers and event caterers we have catered for all sorts of events, from dinner parties of ten, to weddings of two hundred, to canapé parties of five hundred. We also hold cookery classes in our own kitchen here in Brighton. Cookery classes make a great gift, and if you can’t come to us, we can come to you.
